Since being a perspective student, I’ve slowed down my view of the world. Before, life was a million miles an hour filled with 4 million questions, expectations, stresses, and dreams. Since that time being a high school senior, life, for lack of a better term is…life. It is worth living and worth taking in stride. Everything seems minuscule in the grand scheme of things. As a perspective student, I thought everything had to come NOW. All things had to be figured out. Because of that, I pushed and pushed and stressed myself out. Knowing what I know now, a person can not do that. College has taught be to enjoy the successes, and when S*** hits the fan, assess your options on how to clean the crap off your windows. Never lose sight of what you wish to pursue. So in short, since being a youngling, I have learned to slow things down and have learned that my aspirations are attainable as long as I keep a level head.
